~Lady Bleu Fume~  "Smoky Blue" makes its debut Spring of 2011 with its cool color palette of blues, silvers, and dark smoky gray. This ensemble is a halter style knit bodice with a shimmering tulle netting in silver. The skirt is comprised of many uniform strips  giving it a full and bouncy appeal. The shimmering silver glitter chiffon sash belt is woven in the lower bodice and ties in the middle. The two  silver glitter bows adorning the backside of bodice are centered with large swarovsky crystal diamonds and make this dress a sure hit at any Red Carpet event or fancy get together!!!! There are two additional silver glitter chiffon ribbons below each strap of the neckline. The front of the halter strap has a silver glitter bow in the center, and finally two more silver glitter bows are sported on the front of the bodice.
